The Cancel command is used to cancel a work request. Normally any work request can be canceled if it has not yet been submitted for construction. The Cancel procedure changes the work request state to Canceled and restores GIS facility data to its pre-design life-cycle status (i.e., "Proposed Install" facilities are deleted, and existing facilities with a status such as "Proposed Remove" are converted back to "In Service").
